The alarm woke me up this morning from an odd, though pleasant, dream.

I was meeting with a girl I knew back in college, who surprised me by introducing her live-in boyfriend. He was a nice fellow, obviously very much in love with my friend, and his uncle had participated with NASA in a performance art piece where he reclined naked in a lawn chair in front of a snowy field while Skylab fell to earth.

My friend's significant other then showed me the cool techno-stuff he had salvaged from the fallen space debris, including a few videotapes I had apparently labelled during my time in the space program (and a few labelled in my wifes handwriting).

I was happy that my friend had finally met a man she could love, and would love her back.
