"We know how to do amazing things and we're filling the world with amazing devices. But we cannot answer the most important question: What is this stuff really for?"

Although, in some ways, the statement/question "We know how to do amazing things and we're filling the world with amazing devices. But we cannot answer the most important question: What is this stuff really for?" sorta obviates the need for this website, I think the points in Design Vision are really great. The Design Principles at the end of the article are smart, too. Not an article purely for designers, I think this is for all consumers.

(I got it from the Tomalak's Realm mailing list.)
