Sometimes I wonder. You ever wonder? Yeah, me too.

I note that there seem to be waves of my focus on this blog. Back when it started (12/99, honest, even though I haven't gotten the archives from that far back working yet), it was mostly about culture and snarky internet links.

Strangely, things got mighty political the next year. I can't find it in the archives ('cuz it's not there yet), but I recall posting something like "well, at least we don't have tanks rolling down the streets after an election like this one" the day after the election.

For the next two years, I guess things must have become intensely political here. Again, I'm gonna have to get those old posts up somehow (they were all in Blogger - those were the days). But then came the boy - and the move to MT and you can see the rest.

So, is this a cheesy gapfiller for the NaBloPoMo? Look! Another rhetorical question!
