Favre's 82-yard TD pass in OT beats Broncos

I think I've mentioned before the absolutely perceptible shift in the mood in the SE-WI area (and probably most of the state) depending on the current state of the Packers.

It's really pretty remarkable how Mondays seem a little more tolerable when - even if you're not a dedicated football fan - the Pack is doing well. Honestly, when Favre was dancing the 'maybe I'll take my ball and go home' dance after that horrible 4-12 year, the mood of the populace at large seemed unhappy & unsettled.

For right now, though, we're happy.
