I'm reminded that, though there are no archives to prove it, I started this peripatetic little endeavor on December 1st, 2000 - 6 plus years ago.
Anything I've done, you've done first. Is it creepy, or a totally massive compliment, that you're the reason I do anything? The first post at my site - August 16, 2001 - says, "If I do everything Jeremy does, eventually I'll become him, confounding my enemies and giving me access to all of his cool friends." It hasn't worked so far, though.
Well, I take it as a compliment. Though I'm also tremendously flattered that my pal Myra, who moved here from Missouri to become my next door neighbor, did that.
"Some people call it stalking. I call it togetherness." she says.
And, hey, you've gained access to most of my cool friends, too. Heck, all six or seven of them check in here periodically, and I think you met lots of them at the hitchin'.
